Requests can be submitted at any time but the collection delivery service operates Monday-Saturday - please check the service delivery times.
You must show your Reader Card or other form of
identification when collecting items reserved in your name.
- Readers may have up to 15 items in concurrent use
in the Main Reading Room.
- A maximum of 5 items can be held on the Reserve
Shelves for 5 days after the date of request.
- Items not collected from the A-Z pigeonholes
will be returned to the stacks at the end of the day.
- All items delivered from offsite storage are
placed on the Reserve Shelves - ask at the Issues desk for these
items.
- If you do not have access to the Internet, you may request up to 2 items through our telephone service.
